Loan Admin Officer - Sydney Branch

Role Overview:

A well-known bank is looking for a Loan Admin Officer to join their Sydney based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of operational duties, ensuring the smooth processing of loan and credit activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review loan and security documents (corporate and syndication loans) to ensure approval conditions are met.

Manage financial close and drawdown by verifying settlement-related documents.

Oversee data, limit, and collateral module management on internal systems and support system development.

Monitor post-lending condition compliance and conduct annual credit reviews.

Process loan interest, fees, and repricing. Handle collateral and credit file management.

Coordinate loan facility management requests, including waivers or amendments.

Skills and Attributes:

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong oral and written communication is a must

At least a few years of local banking experience, particularly in loan administration and credit risk.

Strong understanding of corporate loan products, banking operations, and relevant laws and principles.

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

A proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. (preferred)
