Job Description - Loan Processor & Client Support Officer - Dynamic Team

We are hiring a hardworking Loan Processor & Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Amplified Lending Solutions Pty Ltd in Perth WA.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Director/Finance Broker to assist our clients in gaining their finance approval. Your time and energy will be focused on collecting information, researching finance products and scenarios, completing compliance notes and packaging up finance applications to be submitted to lenders. From here, you will work with lenders to achieve finance approval by assisting the finance broker as they work through approval conditions.

You will also work with clients post-settlement, who require interest rate reviews and have general enquiries about their loans.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients to assist them with their finance application from end to end.
  • Collecting information, completing compliance notes, and packaging up finance applications to be submitted to lenders.
  • Liaising with lenders to achieve finance approval by assisting the finance broker as they work through approval conditions.
  • Researching finance products, scenarios and policies
  • Supporting clients post-settlement, conducting interest rate reviews end to end, and dealing with general enquiries regarding their lending.
  • Enhancing the business, by improving systems and efficiencies.
  • Meeting and documenting Best Interest Duty obligations 

 

Qualifications & experience

  • A minimum of two years previous Mortgage Broking, Banking or Loan Processing experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Word processing/Microsoft Office/CRM proficiencies and experience
  • A high degree of accuracy, follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to work independently, willingness to learn and take responsibility for client files.
  • A strong commitment to results.
