Loans Consultant - Dynamic Team

Gryphon Financial are Private Lending Specialist. We specialise in a variety of finance solutions Australia wide in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. We have been servicing clients, finance brokers and introducers for over 20 years.

Located in Melbourne Street, North Adelaide with a very friendly work environment. We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced loans consultant to join our expanding national business. As a loans consultant you will be assisting clients and introducers that work with Gryphon Financial. We will provide ongoing training and up skill you in non-conforming and Private Lending. We will also provide ongoing training in the use of our cloud-based CRM and network. We also have inhouse mortgage processing. This is a full time casual position.

What you will receive:

• Ongoing training,  mentoring and administration support
• Work with all Gryphon Financial clients and introducers nationally.
• Joining a recognised national brand for non conforming and private lending
• Part of a motivated and successful team
• We will pay for Certificate IV in Finance and or Finance Diploma as part of its ongoing training
• Operate nationally from our offices in Melbourne St, no out of office face-to-face appointments required

 What we are looking for

If you want to join our team we would like you to demonstrate the following: 

• Organisational and management skills
• Discuss funding options with clients and introducers
• Develop ongoing relationships with our nation introducer channel 
• A basic understanding of finance and loan origination
• Prepare funding submissions for our panel of non conforming and private lenders
• Develop ongoing relationships with our panel of non conforming and private lenders
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
• Able to prioritise workflow and be self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WEB based CRM’s
