What the role?

Grow your portfolio by connecting with businesses in your community

Fuel business growth through innovative, market-shaping ideas that deliver real impact

Originate and manage lending opportunities, delivering seamless transactions

Partner with internal specialists and referral networks to provide tailored solutions

Support first-party, new-to-bank deals across Victoria

What do I need?

Experience in Business Banking lending

Ambition, confidence, and exceptional people skills

Ability to build networks and manage conversations with ease

Proven track record in new business acquisition and account management

Experience managing B2B partnerships

Passion and drive to make a real impact on local businesses
