Ambius Services, part of the Rentokil Initial Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Local Service Manager – Installations to lead our indoor plant installation operations across client and commercial sites.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of Installers to deliver high-quality, compliant and efficient installations that exceed customer expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational delivery, people management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Plantscape Consultants to support bespoke design solutions and deliver successful project installations
Lead and execute the regional annual operational plan
Manage stock ordering and onsite igloo operations in line with Plant Health and Hygiene standards
Coach, mentor and train the Installation team to achieve monthly targets and performance outcomes
Conduct regular quality audits across a defined client portfolio
Ensure company service standards and compliance requirements are consistently met
Optimise service efficiency through effective use of tools, systems and technology
Maintain fleet vehicles to company safety, cleanliness and reliability standards
Proactively resolve customer issues and build strong, long-term client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience
Experience in service planning and/or project management
Previous experience in plant hire, horticulture or a related industry (highly regarded)
Strong communication, customer service and commercial acumen
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
Proven experience managing service delivery and resolving customer complaints
