Private Practice | Short-Term Contract

We are currently working with a well-established private practice located approximately one hour from Cairns that is seeking a Locum Physiotherapist to provide short-term cover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist looking to step into a busy clinic, enjoy a supportive team environment, and experience Far North Queensland while working.

About the Role

• Locum Physiotherapist position in a private practice setting
• Mixed musculoskeletal caseload
• Clinic-based role with structured handover
• Supportive and experienced team
• Flexible contract lengths (4 weeks – 3 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Musculoskeletal assessments and treatment
• Manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
• Developing and progressing patient treatment plans
• Clinical documentation and reporting
• Liaising with other allied health professionals as required

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Physiotherapist
• AHPRA registration (or in progress)
• Private practice or musculoskeletal experience preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Locum experience advantageous but not essential
