Registered Nurse
Start Date; 26th June – End Date; 1st October 2023
Duties

Assess and evaluate patient information.

Administer medication and treatments.

Assist with patient assessment and preoperative preparation.

Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.

Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.)

Monitor patient vital signs during surgical procedures.

Document patient’s medical data and any changes in their condition

Perform postoperative wound care.

Mandatory Skills:

BLS competency

Manual and patient handling

Infection control

Medications management including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations November 2012

Hand Hygiene

Blood Safe
