Locum Registered Nurse

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who will join our nursing division across our Perth clinics on a Locum basis. The full-time (Monday-Friday) contract will be available for between 1 to 3 months starting immediately. 

The role will be based at our Claremont, WA clinic, but will require travel across all our WA sites and candidates must have some form of cardiac experience. 

A Registered Nurse (RN) role within the community radiology setting delivers safe compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the radiology team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct person-centered care. The RN continually improves their skills and knowledge developing from graduate to highly skilled Registered Nurse.

You Will Have

• Registered Nurse equivalent qualification 
• Ability to cannulate, perform injections and provide emergency care
• Effective time management
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, discretion and customer service
• An understanding of current medical imaging nursing practices is preferred but not essential
• Able to assist with interventional procedures, both pre and post procedural workup and after-care is required
