We are currently partnering with a well-established private practice in Darwin that is seeking a Locum Speech Pathologist to provide short-term cover.

This role offers a varied caseload across paediatric and adult clients, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to experience life in Australia’s Top End while working.

About the Role

• Locum Speech Pathologist position in a private practice setting
• Mixed caseload across children and adults
• Clinic-based and community appointments
• Structured handover and clinical support provided
• Flexible contract lengths (min 1 – 3 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Paediatric speech, language, and communication therapy
• Adult speech pathology services (communication, voice, swallowing, functional communication)
• Assessments, therapy planning, and progress reporting
• Liaising with families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Speech Pathologist
• SPA membership
• Experience working with paediatric and/or adult caseloads
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Locum experience desirable but not essential
