Joining the Monarto Safari Resort family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.
About The Role
As Lodge Manager at the soon to be open luxury tents, you’ll be responsible for strategic planning, people development, and the day-to-day oversight of all operational departments of the lodge - from the restaurant and bar to the rooms division. This is a highly visible leadership role, engaging directly with guest and ensuring that every interaction reflects our values and service excellence. You will lead by example to provide unforgettable experiences for our guests and ensuring seamless communication across the team at the resort and the lodge. You will be reporting to the General Manager directly and have a close work relationship with all Heads of Departments at the resort.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading a team in a hotel environment. You will have passion for training and developing colleagues and going above and beyond for guests. You will have great attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
