Kingspan manufactures, delivers, and installs custom-made steel rainwater harvesting tanks to residential, commercial, and rural clients.

What you will have ...

• Experience in logistics planning and using an MRP
• The ability to manage a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously
• The ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Strong understanding of transport safety requirements 
• Focused and professional attitude 
• The ability to communicate effectively across multiple sectors via telephone, email or text 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics requirements to meet customer lead times
• Booking in pickups and deliveries for outgoing goods 
• Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders 
• Provide backup support for warehouse and logistics team where required 
• Coordinate and print packing lists for warehouse team at multiple sites

The recruitment process

• Provide a current forklift licence 
• Be eligible to legally live and work in Australia
• Undertake a pre-employment urine drug and alcohol test
• Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment relative to their position
