The Opportunity

Our O’Sullivan Beach Mill is about to embark on a significant period of growth, with the commissioning of our new structural pipe mill set to begin shortly.

This opportunity will see you operate forklifts and overhead cranes to prepare orders for our customer deliveries, while monitoring product quality and remaining committed to your safety and that of the team. You will receive ongoing training and support, allowing for future career development opportunities.

You will work on our day shift which runs from Monday-Friday 6.20am-2.16pm allowing for work/life balance. You will have access to our Employee Assistance Program, health and well-being initiatives including Fitness Passport and free on-site physio. You will receive a competitive hourly wage and be eligible for our annual profit share (bonus). 

What Will You Do?

 As a valued member of our Logistics team, you will:

• operate forklifts and Bridge and Gantry cranes to safely load and unload deliveries
• accurately pick orders to prepare for customer delivery
• observe correct loading processes to ensure the quality of product is maintained during transport
• successfully contribute to a safe working environment
• general warehousing duties including load audits 

More About You

• previous experience in a logistics or warehousing environment
• willingness to learn new skills and apply your enthusiasm for process and safety
• strong communication, problem solving and self-management skills 
• the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment 
• high commitment to safety
