About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our Dandenong site on the afternoon shift. This is a key role for someone who is organised, service‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and coordinate daily metro runs, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery schedules
• Put together transport plans and liaise with drivers and external providers
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics or transport issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• Work autonomously while maintaining a strong team‑focused approach

Note: This role has no direct reports, but requires leadership through coordination, communication, and ownership of the afternoon logistics function.

• Experience in load restraint, logistics, and transport coordination
• Ideal hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Flexible on start time, 12 pm or 1 pm)
• Highly organised, safety‑focused, and committed to safe work practices
• Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt when priorities shift
• Service‑oriented mindset – customer first
• Forklift licence and truck licensing (advantageous but not necessary)
• Immediate start
