Logistics/Bookings Coordinator - Civil/Traffic - Growth-Minded Organization

As a vital member of our service and delivery team, you will play a crucial role in booking works across Australia in a timely and accurate fashion whilst assisting as required with the resourcing and onboarding of field staff employees.

We offer varying rosters and occasional weekend work on a rotating basis will be required, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your dedication and commitment to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within the Service and Delivery team, this position will align closely with our internal operations teams’ and duties will include:

• Work closely with our internal operational teams and clients in understanding their traffic management bookings and associated equipment and personnel needs;
• Manage the bookings process with new supply requests, whilst ensuring that documentation is received, compliant and completed accurately within a timely manner;
• Complete all associated administration generated with the booking of works and resourcing/onboarding of field based employees, including maintenance of internal and external databases; 
• Data entry - High level data entry required to maintain accurate details in company resourcing systems;
• Coordinate and schedule high volume transactions; and
• Contribute to a safe work environment by complying with and promoting safe work practices.
