About your new role Due to our rapid growth, we have a requirement for an experienced Lubrication System Installer, based in our Carole Park branch, who is willing to carry out installation of automatic lubrication systems onto new and used earthmoving, mining and fixed plant machinery.
You will be responsible for working independently to install lubrication systems while following installation guides and under the direction of supervisors. This role involves coordinating with customers, working to customer build schedules and requires a high standard of workmanship, professionalism and personal work ethic.
What you need to succeed To succeed in these roles, you will have;
- Previous experience in installation of equipment (trade certificate is not essential);
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people;
- A disciplined and mature work ethic;
- The ability to work unsupervised;
- A strong focus on safety;
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments;
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to engage in training and learn new skills.
