As a Sales Consultant at Holloway Diamonds, your role is to start and build the exceptional “Holloway Way” journey for our customers.

About Holloway Diamonds

Founded in 1976, Holloway Diamonds is renowned for specialising in exceptional diamonds, gems and jewellery. Custom bespoke jewellery made on-site is a speciality. You will enjoy working with a team providing unrivalled personal service and attention to detail.

The Role

Your friendly and self-driven professional customer service and sales ability will love the projects of designing and working with jewellers to create bespoke jewels. You will be nurturing a large base of existing client relationships and at the same time developing new clients. This is not a standing long hours behind a counter role. You will spend much of the day using your extensive jewellery experience speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. 

Proactively working your customer base, you'll be driven to pick up the phone and nurture your customers on a daily basis. If you are dedicated, loyal and passionate about your retail sales career, then this is your dream job and escape from everyday boredom!

Diamond jewellery training is provided – We have the highest standards when it comes to diamond quality and most importantly cut. And this is why our loyal customers have been returning for 47 years. We will teach you the "Holloway Way" and you'll be trained by a global leader in diamond cut - Garry Holloway.

• Full Time 5 days per week including rotational Saturdays 

About You

It's busy! … and we're looking for proactive and passionate individuals with good time management skills to join our team. You will thrive on surprising and impressing our clients by consistently surpassing their expectations of personal service.

You will be professional and immaculately presented yet personable and have the ability to truly connect with clients on a personal level.

You will have extensive retail jewellery experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
