We’re looking for a high-performing Vietnamese and English-speaking sales professional to join our Springvale showroom and support our growing VIP client base.
Do you have a proven ability to convert high-value transactions in a luxury or premium retail setting, while delivering a world-class customer experience?  Become a key player in our prestigious Springvale showroom as a full-time Sales Professional. We offer a competitive annual salary + KPI bonuses, based on your experience. Saturday availability is essential.

Your Role:

• Engage clients in the showroom and deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience.
• Convert high-value diamond jewellery transactions while building trust and long-term relationships.
• Confidently present and handle rare diamond jewellery and Rolex watches.
• Manage and grow your own VIP client portfolio including follow-ups.
• Handle client services including jewellery cleaning, repairs, resizing, and after-sales care.
• Support the team with showroom operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, jewellery trends, and industry standards.
• Use technology (CRM, email, social media) to engage clients and track sales activity.
• Saturday availability is essential. 

What We're Looking For:

• Multilingual: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (essential)
• Extensive Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or premium retail (diamond jewellery sales preferred).
• Knowledge of Fine Jewellery & Diamonds – Solid understanding of fine jewellery and diamonds (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Passion for Luxury Sales: A genuine drive for success and a strong enthusiasm for fine jewellery.
• Great Problem Solver: Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Efficiency: Fast on your feet and highly efficient in a dynamic environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative and contributes positively to a team environment.
• Exceptional Communication: A great communicator with a mature, professional attitude.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using technology (emails, web, social media etc.)
