M365 Modern Workplace Consultant

Our client, a distinguished leader in Australian mining and agriculture, is seeking a talented M365 Modern Workplace Consultant to join their team. This 12-month contract offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing environment dedicated to achieving operational maturity and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and propose solution designs based on business requirements, leveraging user engagement to assess current states and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Oversee user adoption processes and change management initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Develop and implement solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, covering SharePoint document management, intranet deployment, MS Teams, Power Automate, and Apps.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and ITIL change/release procedures.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated capabilities as an M365 / Modern Workplace Consultant.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Power Platform solutions.
• Expertise in architecting Microsoft tenancy solutions.
• Proficiency in developing forms and automating workflows with Power Platform.
• Competence in conducting business discovery to assess current states and inform solution designs.
