Qualifications

Role Requirements

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service


• Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills


• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs


• Participate in retail events and theme days


• Maintain 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming standards.


• Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks


• Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Team player with a positive attitude


• Open to feedback and committed to professional growth


• Flexible availability including late nights and weekends


• Ability to travel to other locations when required Impeccably groomed
