Machine Feeders & Packers - Urgent Hiring

Recruitment Select is seeking additional Machine Operators and Process Workers to work in our client's leading state-of-the-art manufacturing company in Wodonga. We offer exceptional working conditions characterized by cleanliness and safety.

This position is advertised and will start off as casual but may lead to full-time work for the right candidates. Full-time applicants will need to complete a police check and medical.

Shifts:

• Possible fixed, rotating or combination shifts on either Day, Afternoon or Nights.
• Competitive hourly rates
• Overtime opportunities after 8 hours
• Pay will commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Initially, responsibilities include feeding products into machines and learning to operate them.
• This role involves repetitive tasks and requires strong attention to detail.
• Moving unsecure stock around the factory as well as loading and unloading in despatch.

Qualifications:

• Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
• Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• LF positions may also be available, a high level of experience and skill is required.

• Forklift license is advantageous but not essential.

Casual on-call positions are also on offer, this is a separate role and is perfect for individuals who have specific availability or are looking to pick up additional shifts during the week, you must be available to work between dayshift (7am-3pm) or alternatively afternoonshift (3pm-11pm).
