Managing project transition and qualification, resource planning and leading technical discussions Supporting the transition of products from prototype to full-scale production Interfacing with key teams within Lam including technical product groups, account teams and global operations as a representative of SET. Influencing decisions and company driven objectives within internal and external groups to achieve company goals. Driving continuous improvement initiatives Organizing and owning internal and external Review Meetings Provide seamless interface with SET global commodity heads to account teams and other members of SET. Providing leadership to supplier engineers within Lam as a cross-functional team leader Bachelor\u0027s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent. Minimum 7 years experience in managing technical programs and projects, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry managing Suppliers for Machining (CNC) and Fabrication. Experience specific to Aluminum \u0026 Stainless Steel will be an added advantage. Experience with NPI/ product development lifecycle (developing and implementing manufacturing processes, creating documentation, conducting design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, and leading pilot builds) Experience with SPC, proficient at capability study, understanding CPK, control limits. Extensive experience in Machine qualification, health monitoring techniques. Understanding of machining processes.
