Your new role
As a Mainframe Security Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining security controls across IBM z/OS environments. Your role will focus on RACF administration, user access management, compliance reporting, audit support, and security governance. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure, cyber security, and application teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Mainframe Security Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM z/OS and RACF
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and privileged accounts
• Knowledge of security governance, audit, and compliance requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with ACF2 or CA Top Secret will be highly regarded
