Your new role


Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be an integral part of the Asset maintenance team. You will be responsible from end-to-end maintenance activities for managing all asset maintenance & remote facility requirements. Champion the asset maintenance principles for business.

• Managing the overall performance of asset and maintenance activities to achieve business objectives as well as regulatory and policy/procedure compliance.
• Review and coordinate the supply chain to ensure assets have the ability for preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Optimising our asset maintenance processes to drive efficiencies.
• Manage and forecast a Zero-Based Budget for sites and facilities.
• Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
• Communicate on key activities within a function transparently and effectively to relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Mobile equipment maintenance experience.
• Understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Zero-Based budgeting for maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting support remotely for breakdowns.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
