Take charge of the day-to-day production and manufacturing maintenance and improvement endeavours for our factory.Collaborate closely with various functions, including Supply Chain, People and Safety, Quality, and production operators, to achieve production targets, uphold quality standards, and manage costs. Foster a safe and harmonious work environment while instilling a continuous improvement mindset. Your base of operations will be our DC office in Fairfield.ABOUT YOUBring your expertise in General Maintenance on Woodworking Machinery or equivalent, coupled with proficiency in welding (MMA/TIG/MIG), fabrication, and general light duties.
