Maintenance Manager

DRHomes is a residential project home builder looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. We have built a reputation of delivering high quality homes that represent fantastic value for money without compromising on quality or service. We don't want our customer service to end at hand over, we want it to continue long after. Therefore we need you, an enthusiastic and energetic Maintenance Manager that will deliver results.

The Role & Responsibilities

Your role as the Maintenance Manager will be to;

• Attend to maintenance requests sent in by our clients within the 12 month warranty period
• You will work with our service technician who reports to you to ensure all maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner 
• You will be responsible to attend to appointments arranged by you
• You will liaise with clients prior to attending their home
• Arrange suppliers/sub-contractors to attend any works or warranty issues
• Follow up all suppliers/sub-contractors that works or warranty issues have been completed to our satisfaction
• Liaise with the Construction Manager in relation to recurring maintenance issues
• Last but not least, sign off on the works with the client once both parties are satisfied all works are completed.

The Person

The successful candidate for this role will be trade qualified and have a minimum of three years management experience within a similar role.

To be eligible you must have;

• Full time working rights in Australia
• A valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Proven Experience in Management 

The Package

The package will be negotiated based on experience and will include salary, superannuation, fully serviced car and mobile phone.
