The Role

We are seeking a charismatic and efficient Restaurant Host to join our team at Mid Air, located in the heart of Melbourne Place. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled and ambitious Maintenance Officer to join our experienced Engineering Team and help keep our properties running smoothly and safely.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs including:

• Basic plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning services.

• Minor repairs to furniture, fittings, plant, and equipment.

• Maintain external façades and high-traffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best.

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.

• Work collaboratively with a supportive, knowledgeable engineering team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance role & or a qualified trade advantageous

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• A “can-do” attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred—but not essential.
