Location is our Fernhill Home located in Caboolture.

The Opportunity will require some of the below internal tasks.

• Assist with the prevention of equipment breakdowns by undertaking scheduled preventative maintenance as well as corrective maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the engagement, induction and management of external contractors.
• Identify and undertake maintenance and repair activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Undertake periodic inspection and maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules and procedures and ensuring budget requirements are met.
• For area of responsibility, undertake the procurement process required, such as obtaining quotes, purchase orders, organising for invoices to be approved for payment etc.
• Ensure that for work undertaken the relevant Australian Standards and Regulations are observed.
• Comply with health and safety requirements relating to maintenance and gardening activities.
