Maintenance Officer

About the position

• Home maintenance tasks supplied to 170 villas with new villas coming online in 2025
• Repairs and preventative maintenance of communal property
• Assist with internal demolition / reinstatement of villas upon vacation
• Support gardening team 
• General handyman tasks as directed by management
• Full time hours: 7.30am to 3.30pm weekdays.

About you

Are you a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality outcomes to clients and company?

We are looking for you to work closely with our small team and help deliver projects in a timely manner, big or small. You will be safety conscious and able to follow written and verbal instructions well.

The position is available now and whilst we would prefer full time, we are willing to negotiate days and hours for the right candidate.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance
• Experience in towing trailers
• First aid certificate and Police check
• Clean LR drivers Licence
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety practices
• Right to work in Australia
