About the Position…

To ensure maintenance of metal roofs are conducted within the scope of works, WH&S guidelines and deadlines set by operations manager. To maintain and manage all defects and repairs to the highest quality standards, high quality customer support and customer satisfaction throughout the job process.

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising projects, along with experience in planning ahead and coordinating tradesmen to ensure projects run according to the company requirements. Further to this the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience Supervising on Commercial/ Residential Building sites.
  
  


• The ability to coordinate projects effectively.
  
  


• Experience liaising with site contacts regarding job progress.
  
  


• A strong focus on managing customer complaints positively (or refer to Operations Manager if not resolved).
