Our Client is a leading manufacturer in cabinets, laminate, solid surface benchtops, thermo & laminate doors throughout Australia.

Due to the continues growth an opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician to join their already established team based in Lonsdale.

Job Debrief:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, assisting with installing, inspecting machines, electrical equipment and to conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all machines are operational.



What you need:

• Installing, repairing, problem sourcing and maintaining machinery
• Dismantling machinery and removing/replacing defective parts.
• Inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintaining inventories of equipment parts and supplies
• Training production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Providing mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Preparing maintenance reports
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Assist in the training, development & induction of new personnel and electrical apprentices.
• Perform any tasks or responsibilities assigned to them in order to meet the dynamic needs of the organisation.

• Rescue and resuscitation
• Completed apprenticeship in relevant trade
