Management Accountant

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join the team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Deliver insightful financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions
• Partner with key stakeholders across operations and leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Contribute to the ongoing scale and optimisation of the finance function

About You

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualified
• Comfortable working in a scaling / small business environment
• Open to regular travel within the NSW region
• Experience in retail or eCommerce is highly advantageous
