Your new roleAs Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of a broad range of financial activities while providing meaningful reporting, analysis and support to the wider organisation. The position combines management accounting with hands-on operational finance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure across the full finance function.Your role will include:

• Management reporting, analysis and financial insights
• Budgeting, forecasting and planning
• Month-end and broader financial reporting
• Payroll, statutory reporting and finance compliance
• Cash flow, banking, fixed assets and capital expenditure reporting
• Partnering with budget holders and stakeholders across the organisation
• Supporting audit, finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
