As our Management Accountant / Financial Controller, you will spearhead our finance operations, elevating performance and profitability to unprecedented levels. You will play a pivotal role in instigating transformative changes, ensuring strategic coherence throughout our business, and achieving ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• All accounts and finance activities
• Manage all accounting functions using XERO 
• Lead the annual budgeting, cashflow, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Board of Management.
• Provide monthly and quarterly assessments against financial and operational goals, providing valuable insights and analysis.
• Drive improvements in reporting frameworks and dashboards for enhanced visibility and decision-making.
• Lead & implement systems and process improvements through automation across various software tools and data points
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ATO, Superannuation, and Payroll.
• Maintain high standards of administrative functions and timelines.
• Oversee service and supply agreements critical to business operations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements for Success:

• CPA/CA with 5+ years' experience
• Bachelor of Business / Commerce or equivalate
• Demonstrated experience in construction sector or similar
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Competence in Xero, Hubdocs, and PowerBi dashboard reporting.
• Familiarity with an ERP systems.
