About the firm
Charterhouse are partnered with a fantastic firm based in the heart of the Sydney CBD - this firm has 4 Partners and a head count of around 45 and is growing year on year both organically and through acquisitions.

This firm prides themselves on providing their clients with sound advice, family office practices and traditional values whilst maintaining its modern technology and progressive approach to Accounting, Tax and Advisory.

About the role
The firm are looking for someone to step into a Business Services Manager role with 2 direct reports and an established portfolio of clients to manage. Clients are of a wide range and include HNWI, Financial services, Professionals, Business owners etc.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of Clients
• Tax planning and restructuring advice
• Training and development of staff reporting into you
• Preparation, delegation, and review of compliance work including tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, FBT etc.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team, developing future leaders
• Work alongside partners on firm-wide strategy, business development, and growth initiatives

Skills & experience:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 5-7+ years in Business Services
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
• Extensive understanding of compliance & advisory work
