About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our Business Advisory team in Toowoomba. This division offers tax and business advisory services to private enterprises and high-wealth family groups. You'll work with emerging businesses, private companies, and multinational groups, blending regional lifestyle benefits with opportunities for professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax and accounting advice to a broad client base, including family groups, trusts, and partnerships.
• Lead client engagements, attend meetings, and build strong, enduring business relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while sharpening your leadership and managerial skills.
• Specialise in a chosen sector with access to world-class tools, technology, and resources.

Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years' experience in Professional Services
• Previous experience managing a team
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Exposure to Business Development activities
