About the role

We are offering a permanent role of Manager for the Bunbury Family Relationship Centre and Location Manager in the team at our Bunbury office. The position involves direct line management of staff, facilities management, comprehensive operational and human resource support, Leadership role aligned to organisation strategy. This is a unique and exciting position encompassing both the Family Relationship Centre based at Bunbury with outreach locations throughout the South West and Location Manager for other programs provided from the Bunbury office. The current vacancy is 37.5 hours per week. 

Skills, experience, and qualifications

Qualifications: Counsellor, Social Worker, Psychologist and/or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, or extensive management experience.

Skilled leadership of clinical practice teams.

Experience in operationalising strategy, governance, risk management, human resources, funding contractual requirements, and maintenance of facilities.

Highly desirable to have experience and or qualification as an FDRP, or mediator.
