Your role at St John of God Social Outreach
Social Outreach has an opportunity available for a current caregiver to act in the role of Manager Contracts & Property for a three-month fixed-term contract beginning 22nd of June 2026.
This role is responsible for the management of all aspects of Contract, Property and Facilities, including emergency and business continuity planning across Social Outreach.
This includes all aspects of the Social Outreach’s revenue contracts, facility and asset management, negotiation, implementation and management of all property and vehicle lease contracts and management of service contracts in collaboration with the relevant service directors. The position is responsible for implementation and management of all non-IT capital.
The Position
Manage all aspects of service contract negotiations and maintenance in consultation with the Finance Manager.
Working with service directors, negotiate revenue contracts with funding bodies, to achieve effective outcomes for Social Outreach.
Engage with key stakeholders including the relevant service manager, SJGHC Legal services and contract parties to achieve positive contract outcomes.
Develop and manage a strategic approach to the tenure and management of Social Outreach properties.
Oversee the management of all facilities including the currency and renewal of leases, owned assets, and preventative and reactive maintenance and minor upgrades using the electronic facilities management system.
Manage internal stakeholder engagement to ensure all work is undertaken in a cost effective, aligned and collaborative manner, in line with policies and procedures.
Successful applicants will hold formal qualifications in either commerce, business, property & contract management or relevant discipline. You will have a strong background in facility and asset management covering all areas of commercial and residential management.
