The opportunity
As Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private clients and work directly alongside Partners and senior specialists on complex tax matters. This isn't a compliance-heavy role - there's genuine exposure to advisory, restructuring, and cross-border work from day one.
You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, giving you a clear pathway to Senior Manager and beyond.
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of privately owned corporate groups, high net wealth individuals and families, trusts, partnerships, and entrepreneurial businesses
Overseeing tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and advisory services across complex, multi-entity client structures including tax consolidated groups
Delivering consulting advice on corporate restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A, trust issues, and domestic and cross-border transactions
Coaching and developing junior team members, building your leadership profile within a high-performing national practice
What you'll bring
Tax experience gained in a professional services environment in Australia - top-tier, second-tier, or legal firm backgrounds all welcomed
Advanced technical knowledge across corporate groups, trusts, and individual tax
