Purpose
The Manager Program Delivery is accountable for the execution of the technology projects particularly in the health and safety domain. A number of projects related to licensing, field operations, myworksafe portal are executed during given Financial Year. The Manager Program Delivery is accountable for the successful delivery of these projects and requires deep understanding of both technology and business change impacts, with demonstrated capability to manage blended delivery approaches across waterfall and agile methodologies and strong understanding of business change impacts.
The Manager Program Delivery will collaborate with peers at an Executive level across relevant programs within Strategic Delivery and key stakeholders within the business to ensure sequenced delivery of the business solutions to enable the Strategic outcomes. This role is expected to engage, manage and influence internal and external stakeholders ranging from project teams and vendors, through to Executive level to support the successful delivery of their part of the Program.

About you
You hold extensive experience (minimum of 10 years), managing programs within large and complex organisations with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end technology programs where business change, user adoption and operational readiness are critical success factors, not just technical delivery.
