  • Own stakeholder partnerships – collaborate with planning leaders, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to streamline outcomes.
  • Solve complex puzzles – balance the needs of hospitals, sales, and logistics to get the right kits in the right place at the right time.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of people management experience leading a team within a supply chain function.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within complex supply chain environments, with the ability to drive strategic improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and constructively push back when required.
  • Experience building team culture, growing capability, and inspiring performance in direct reports.
  • Experience leading teams through change, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams (planning, sales, logistics, supply chain).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the MedTech, medical device, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in retail or other multi-endpoint / multi-location supply chain environments.
  • Exposure to scheduling, demand planning, S&OP, or inventory planning functions.
  • Experience implementing automation, systems improvements, or digital tools to reduce manual workload.
  • Experience transitioning teams from reactive scheduling to proactive, forecast-aligned planning.

Why join us?

  • Make a difference – support life-changing surgeries by ensuring product readiness across ANZ.
  • Lead real change – shape smarter systems, better planning, and a stronger customer experience.
  • Grow your career – access professional development, leadership support, and internal opportunities.
  • Work with purpose – join a passionate, people-first team that cares deeply about what we do.
  • Enjoy meaningful benefits – wellness, lifestyle, and financial perks from day one.
