Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? The Isa Hotel & Redearth Boutique Hotel is seeking dedicated Assistant Managers and Duty Managers to join our team in Mount Isa. As the senior member of the Hotel team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and efficient operations across our multi-outlet venue.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Venue Manager to manage the daily operations of the venue
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and staff schedules.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
• A desire to grow your skills and progress your leadership experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including on weekends
• Hold a QLD RSA/RSG, CLO, RMLV, Approved Managers, or willing to obtain
