  • Support project scoping, planning, budgeting and delivery, including project accounting fundamentals.
  • Think strategically to support decision-makers and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capability, excellent writing and presentation skills, and confidence facilitating workshops and senior-level discussions.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Mentor junior staff in project execution and contribute to internal technical reviews.
  • Break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks for diverse technical specialists.
  • Collaborate internally to bring integrated ERM services to clients and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sustainability or a directly related field, with the ability to provide case studies as evidence.
  • Strong technical capability across sustainability strategy, climate risk, transition planning or disclosure frameworks.
