Manual Labourer Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Troy Laboratories is a Australian manufacturer of quality animal health pharmaceuticals. We are looking for a full-time Manual Labourer to join our Team.  This is a busy role where you will spend the most of your day cleaning large and heavy tanks and machinery.  You will also work on production lines when required.  This is an important role within the team as you will be key to ensuring production runs as planned each day. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Clean/wash all equipment and tanks to GMP standards.
• Ensure the cleaned materials are tagged/stored according to GMP procedures. 
• Keep the wash bay clean and tidy at all times. 
• Time management is critical as your role is pivotal to ensuring production runs smoothly each day. 
• Work in the packing room when required. 
• This role involves a high level of heavy lifting and manual handling.  
• Communicate effectively with other teams in all areas of the business. 

 
Skills and Experience 

• 12 months experience in a similar role. 
• Previous experience working within a food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. 
• Ability to lift up to 20kg comfortably is a must.
• Willing to learn new things and grow with the business.
• A can-do attitude with great attention to details.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple teams.
• A safety-first focus is essential.
