Production Supervisor Needed | Permanent Role | $80k+ Your new company


Your new client has been established as a manufacturer for over 140 years and are looking for a Manufacturing Executive. .


Your new role


This role will start with a probation/learning period as a 'Manufacturing Executive' ($80k+), before moving into a Production Supervisor role ($90k+), and then into a Factory Manager role ($120k+).

• Lead production meetings, toolbox talks and ensure production plans are achieved.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for each manufacturing team.
• Establish an unwavering commitment and adherence to Safety & Quality.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects and drive efficiencies.
