This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join a progressive company and to take up a leadership role in the manufacturing plant based in Condell Park. This key and influential role is responsible for over 110 staff in a dynamic environment.  It will allow you to make a difference and add value to an organisation that is experiencing ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day to day Manufacturing Operations.
• Ensuring uninterrupted product availability across a large number of product lines, ready for deliveries in a 24-hour operation.
• Developing and maintaining high performance teams with the respective managers responsible for Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance functions.
• Driving process improvements and change management through best practice application focusing online efficiencies and productivity.
• A track record in implementing best practice manufacturing programs and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly engineered manufacturing environment. As a strategic thinker you will deliver on the outcomes with the most effective use of resources.  Your decision making will be fact based, ensuring objectivity and fairness.

• Background in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
