We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Marine Attendant to join our team at White Bay, working 40 hours per week with a rotating roster of Day and Afternoon shifts at one of the world’s most beautiful natural harbours.

In this dynamic and customer-focussed role, you will be the face of Viva Energy on the jetty, acting as the key interface with marine customers and their refuelling needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to boat owners, NSW ferries, luxury clients and other marine customers
• Manage account systems, including trouble-shooting any customer account issues
• Ensure Viva Energy’s safety standards are always upheld
• Conduct regular operational checks and maintenance tasks

• Great communication skills and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• A positive attitude with ability to display leadership and take initiative
• Experience and interest in Marine equipment and industry beneficial
• Demonstrated safety and risk management experience, along with understanding of emergency response
• Interest in learning about hydrocarbons and the fuel industry
• Proficient in using technology and computer systems to support daily tasks
