Marketing Account Manager

Our Client:

Our client, Puzzle Media, is a boutique Social Media and Digital Marketing Agency nestled in the bustling heart of Robina Town Centre. They are looking for a full-time Marketing Account Manager to join the Puzzle Media family.

As a Marketing Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to project manage campaigns and implement strategies across digital marketing, communications, content, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client campaigns and overall marketing including hands-on management of Meta Advertising campaigns for our diverse clients
• Actively contributing to clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
• Briefing team members and contractors on client projects
• Deliver quality results on time and on-budget while managing key stakeholder expectations
• Manage workflow with clients, suppliers and team members while managing expectations
• Establish timelines for all campaigns and deliver end-to-end project management
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting for clients
• Proofread and edit content produced by the content team
• Liaise with clients regularly
• Complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Attend weekly WIP meetings with the internal Puzzle Media team

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably agency side
• Experience in Meta Advertising Management (minimum 1-2 years)
• Understanding of online marketing strategy, digital marketing and social media
• Good communication skills with a sense of humour
• Project and client management experience
• Understanding of SEO and Google Ads
• Good organisational skills
• A can-do attitude

Software Experience:

• Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Slack and Asana
• Mailchimp, Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Newsletter software (preferred)
• Clickfunnels/LeadPages/Landing page software (preferred)
