Marketing and Business Development Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will be accountable for crafting compelling content on multiple platforms, refining it for search engines, and evaluating performance indicators to boost website traffic, lead generation, brand recognition, and tour reservations. Moreover, your duties will include cultivating and securing new business, fostering connections and business with fresh clients through diverse channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating compelling and top-notch contents for different social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Focused on increasing organic traffic from diverse channels, lead the development of compelling and unique content internally and, when necessary, produce and edit visual content such as photos and videos for a range of short-form and long-form content pieces, including blog posts, podcasts, and website landing pages, ensuring flawless and precise copywriting.
• Establish a short-term content strategy and be proactive in generating ideas and creating content for it.
• Assembling images with the aid of programs like Canva.
• SEO: Use a conversational writing style while making sure your content is search engine optimized and relevant to the keywords you are aiming for.
• Email marketing: Plan, compose, proofread, and distribute EDMs and weekly newsletters while increasing CTRs and open rates. Create enticing email marketing content to draw subscribers in and encourage them to become buyers.
• Cultivating and securing new business, fostering connections and business with fresh clients through diverse channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong writing abilities and a track record of success in customer-focused roles developing and implementing SEO strategies. 
• Expertise in social media photo and video editing, as well as graphic design. 
• Proficiency with platforms for marketing automation. 
• Capable of creating content with Canva (graphic design abilities are a huge bonus). 
• A creative spirit with a love of writing and telling stories. 
• Vivacious, self-assured, amiable, and possessing a positive, can-do outlook. incredibly well-organized and capable of managing projects.
• Aspiring, gregarious, and ready to take on new challenges and educational opportunities. 

IT’S GREAT IF YOU HAVE THESE AS ADVANTAGE

• You’re not afraid to be in front of the camera because our inhouse marketing team will control/create videos on various digital platforms.
• A passion for travel to share, talk and connect with audience as a storyteller in podcasts/ videos.
• Photography skills.
• Be able to travel inter state and to Vietnam, from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing and business development role.
• Good communication skills and proficient in English and Vietnamese.
• Have successful track records developing and executing marketing plans, business development, and 
• Good understanding of the Australian and Vietnamese business environment.

SCHEDULE

• 8 hour shift.
• Day shift.
• Hybrid working can be arranged.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAYS

• Bonus.
• Commission.
