Marketing and Communication Lead - Dynamic Team

As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will work alongside business units to help drive the development of new and existing clients to support sales growth. You will lead the execution of marketing activities aligned with the business's strategic objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and B2B sales.

This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will oversee the delivery of communications and marketing initiatives, including direct marketing communications, campaigns, collateral, events, and digital channels. You will be a key liaison within the business, taking ownership of marketing and communication outcomes.

Additionally, you will collaborate with a premium marketing agency to further execute the company's strategic marketing roadmap.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you will:

Marketing

• Champion the OEM Group Marketing Strategic Roadmap through all Marketing and business activities.
• Execute strategic marketing activities designed to target specific pre-defined audiences.
• Liaise and collaborate with our existing marketing partner to ensure monthly milestones are achieved and progress/roadblocks are clearly communicated to the leadership team.
• Manage the social media calendar for the organisation including written copy and imagery. 
• Monitor, optimise and report on marketing effectiveness, driving continuous improvements.
• Complete regular market analysis to support sales growth objectives.
• Identify ways of extending the client database, working with sales to share relevant data and insights.
• Write effective copy and content for all relevant areas across the business, including web, blogs and printed items ensuring collateral remains fresh and engaging

Communications

• Manage the internal staff communications, working collaboratively with OEM Group leaders and People and Culture. 
• Manage the annual events calendar and schedule including sundowners, training events and information evenings.
• Effectively regulate the creation of all physical company content and collateral as requested, managing development through to completion.

Socials / Website

• Purchase cost effective media placements, across TV, radio and digital mediums.
• Responsible for enhancements and necessary maintenance of OEM Group website platforms as per agreed strategy.

General

• Undertake other duties consistent with the level and responsibilities of the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field
• 3+ years experience in a Marketing and Communications role
• Understanding of market drivers, and experience in developing and managing multiple channels and platforms
• Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Copy writing skills
• Graphic design skills
• Project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and communicate effectively
