We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our small but dynamic Marcomms team. Reporting to the General Manager - Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement, you will deliver on our Marketing & Communications strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a marketer who can confidently switch between strategy, team leadership and delivering high quality content.

In This Role, You Will:

• Connect the Marketing & Communications strategy directly to business priorities and organisational goals
• Work closely with senior leaders to understand needs and translate them into impactful marketing solutions
• Lead and mentor a high performing MarComms team, managing workflow and developing capability
• Write compelling communications and review team output to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Lead and drive our digital marketing and social media strategy
• Manage key external supplier relationships, including digital marketing and creative agencies
• Oversee compliance with brand guidelines, quality systems and risk frameworks
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across MarComms
• Champion a culture of integrity, determination, compassion and thriving together

You will thrive in this role if you are a confident leader who brings both strategic capability and hands on marketing maturity. You bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or Journalism
• Strong experience in a Marketing / Communications role, particularly digital marketing and social media.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear deliverables
• Experience using marketing tools and content platforms
• A passion for high quality work, brand integrity and service excellence
• A collaborative leadership style that develops people and builds trust
